Join us for the Wilmslow Summer 10K on Sunday 13th July 2025!

Starting in the town centre of Wilmslow this one lap course is perfect for fast times, running through scenic country roads and finishing on the outskirts of Wilmslow Town Centre.

Course

The course offers a town centre start with a fantastic atmosphere, passing through the leafy residential streets of Wilmslow followed by the perfect mix of flat running and countryside scenery. The lightning quick first 5K sets you up perfectly for a personal best attempt. Save some strength for just one hill within the 8th kilometre!



This race is ran on fully closed roads. The course has been measured and is certified to be an accurate 10K course | course number 18/563.

We will close entries as soon as we reach our limit or on Midnight the night before the race.



When the race sells out, we do not operate an official waiting list for this event, nor will there be any entries on the day. Please enter ASAP to avoid disappointment.

Presentations will take place straight after the race for top 3 male and female finishers based on gun times. Vet prizes will be sent out in the post and based on chip times.

All prizes are equal for male and females, they will be awarded to the top 3 finishers as well as the first Vet in all age groups from V35 to V80+ in 5-year increments plus the first U20 (one prize per individual, male and female).

Where possible please car share 🚗 to ease congestion, traffic and help save the environment 🌍!

There is ample FREE parking within Wilmslow Town Centre on Sunday’s. The race booklet will have the details of the parking we have secured for the event, or recommended parking areas

There are bike storage areas at Everybody Leisure, Wilmslow SK9 1BU.

Public Transport

The closest train station/tram stop (on foot) to Race HQ is Wilmslow. Across the road from Race HQ and 0.2 miles from the start line.

Transfers

If you are no longer able to join us on race day, you have the following 2 free of charge options:

1) You can transfer your race place to another person.

2) You can transfer to our virtual race option and run the race in your own time up to a month after race day to earn your unique collectable medal!

Water

Bottled water will be provided. We do use a responsible supplier for our water (as well as being ZERO to landfill), their bottles are made out of 51% recycled plastic and are 100% recyclable.

Results are available immediately on Nifty entries, your photos are also directly linked to your results (please bear with our photographers as it can take a few hours to upload these).
